Returns & Price Match Policy

At Just Percussion, we’re all about helping drummers get the best gear at the best price — without compromising on service, quality, or local support. That’s why we offer our Price Match Promise on any identical new item sold by an authorised Australian retailer. If you find a lower price elsewhere, we’ll do our best to match it on the spot.

How It Works

If you’ve seen a lower price on the same brand and model at another Australian retail store — either in-store or on their official website — just let us know! You can show us a screenshot, a website link, or a current catalogue or advertisement displaying the lower price. Once we verify the details, we’ll happily match that price for you.

If the other store is located outside Brisbane, we’ll take their shipping cost to Brisbane into account when comparing prices, ensuring you’re getting a truly fair deal.

What’s Eligible

Our price match applies to brand-new, identical products that are currently in stock and available for immediate purchase from a recognised Australian retailer with a physical store presence. This ensures you’re comparing apples to apples — same model, same specs, and same great condition.

Exclusions

While we’ll always try to help you get the best deal possible, there are a few situations where we can’t offer a price match. These include:

Clearance, liquidation, or run-out sales
Limited-time promotions or one-day sales
Special orders or custom items
Bundled deals, loyalty offers, or trade-in discounts
Second-hand, demo, or refurbished products

We also can’t match international prices, overseas websites, or marketplace listings (such as eBay, Gumtree, or Facebook Marketplace).

Our Promise

We’re drummers too, and we get it — gear can be an investment. That’s why we believe in being fair, transparent, and competitive. If you find a better price from an eligible Australian store, we’ll do our best to meet it so you can buy with confidence, knowing you’re getting a great deal from a team that genuinely cares about your playing.

Returnable Items

A product may be returned subject to the following:

The product is faulty
The product is not the product ordered
The product does not perform to the manufacturer’s specifications

Conditions of Return

Items must be returned within 7 days (freight allowing)
The original sales docket or tax invoice must accompany the return
Items must be returned in original packaging
Returns with opened packaging will only be accepted if;
a. the goods are faulty
b. any items that Just Percussion have dispatched are damaged in transit
Items must have no marks or scratches (and original packaging.)
Returned goods are to be exchanged for other items or a store credit will be issued for purchasing of other items.
If the goods are to be exchanged due to the customer has either; changed their mind or they have ordered the wrong item, freight charges will be applicable.
Refunds are at the discretion of the manager and prior approval must be obtained before any product is returned.

Please note that:

Items such as sheet music, kazoo’s, mouth organs, recorders, tin whistles and software may not be returned without consent from Just Percussion management.
