Product specifications are subject to change and are provided at the discretion of the manufacturer. While every attempt has been made to accurately portray the product, some variations or mistakes may occur.
If a business advertises an incorrect price by mistake, they are not obliged to sell their product at that price. However, they must withdraw the product from sale until the price is corrected. If a customer places an order at an incorrect price, the business must inform the customer of their mistake before processing the order and give them the choice to continue with their order at the correct price, or cancel it. Alternatively, the business can choose to honour the discounted price as a sign of good will. If a price seems unusually low, the customer can prevent any issues by asking the business if the price displayed is correct.
Your order will be processed quickly and efficiently. Goods will be dispatched immediately after being received in most cases, orders placed on weekends may be processed immediately but goods are only shipped on weekdays as per most of our Freight Company’s standard practice.
Orders will only be shipped within Australia. We do not currently accept Overseas addresses.
We will send you an email from our office when your order is received and another email to let you know you know that your order has been processed and ready to ship.
As we sell the stock off our floor as well as online, the items may become out of stock following the placement of your order. If this occurs, we will contact you immediately and offer an alternative. Receiving our confirmation email does not legitimise the contract of sale.
When will I receive my order?
Many factors determine how long it takes for an order to be delivered. This includes your location and the shipping option you or Just Percussion choose, but we are committed to shipping your order a quickly as humanly possible! We can deliver goods in stock to most suburban locations within 1-2 days of processing the order. Sometimes delivery may take a little longer during peak periods or due to other circumstances beyond our control but we will always do everything we can to provide the best possible service.
When shipping to regional and remote locations, to minimize any delay in receiving your order, we will call or email you to ensure that we are using the best possible carrier to get your purchase to you asap.
In the event that goods are delivered and there is no-one home, they may be returned to the courier’s depot and in some instances incur a re-delivery fee.
